Giovanna Cardellicchio, a cum laude graduate of the Catholic University Santa María La Antigua in Panama, has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology and financial industries. She has also completed executive training programs at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and at INCAE Business School (Central America Institute of Business Administration).
She is an active member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE), the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects (SPIA), and the Association of Female Directors of Panama (ADP).
As General Manager of APC Experian, Giovanna is responsible for ensuring the security, confidentiality, and availability of the Credit Reference System — the primary risk mitigation tool for Panama’s National Banking System as well as multiple commercial and financial sectors.
She also serves as First Vice President of the Latin American and Caribbean Association of Credit Bureaus (ALACRED) and is Chairwoman of the Communications and Knowledge Management Working Group within the International Committee on Credit Reporting (ICCR), a World Bank–led initiative that establishes international credit reporting standards and promotes financial inclusion and cross-country information exchange.
In addition, Giovanna is the Executive Director of the Panamanian Credit Association. Outside her professional activities, she volunteers for multiple organizations dedicated to animal welfare and the protection of nature.
Mr. Mariusz Cholewa is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk, the Faculty of Management. In 2005 he obtained his PhD Degree in Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance, with the specialisation in Investment Banking, conducted by the London Guidhall University, the Gdańsk Banking Academy and the University of Gdańsk.
In the years 1993-1998 he cooperated with the Gdańsk Banking Academy, as a Management Board member, participating at the same time in the research on the financial restructuring of enterprises and banks pursued by the Gdańsk Institute of Market Economics. In the years 1995-2003 he was an associate professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk.
In the period of 2007-2010 he was the CEO of Bank Rozwoju Cukrownictwa S.A. In 1998 Mariusz Cholewa joined Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (Citi Handlowy), where he held a number of managerial positions, and till April 2013 he was the Director of the Strategy Department. He was a member of supervisory boards of many companies for e.g.: banks, investment and insurance companies including public granted companies. In the years 2012-2013 he was a member of Biuro Informacji Kredytowej S.A. Supervisory Board.

Sungjun Chun is the Director of Global Business at Korea Credit Bureau (KCB). He has more than 20 years of experience in the credit bureau industry, specializing in AI/ML-based credit scoring models, product development, and analytic services, including alternative credit scoring.
He is responsible for KCB’s global credit bureau business in emerging markets, particularly in Southeast Asia, overseeing analytic products and services, AI/ML global solution business, strategic partnerships, and international business cooperation.
Sungjun has also served as a Policy Advisory Consultant for the Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) of the Korean Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), advising central banks in Southeast Asia on regulatory policy agendas, credit reporting schemes, credit infrastructure system design, and data quality enhancement.

Fabrizio is an experienced financial executive with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in global credit reporting and risk management. He most recently served as Principal Operations Officer for Financial Infrastructure – Global Credit Reporting at the World Bank Group, where he retired in 2023. During his tenure, Fabrizio oversaw operations in more than 30 jurisdictions across Europe, Central Asia, Asia, and Africa, and was responsible for credit reporting in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, supporting private sectors, Central Banks and regulators in shaping credit reporting infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Fabrizio began at TRANS UNION Corporation in Chicago, IL, in the International Division working for establishing the first Credit Bureau in Mexico. He later advanced as Director for Southern Europe, spearheading expansion efforts in Spain and Italy.
In 1998, he joined CRIF Spa, the leading European Credit Bureau, as Director of Strategic Planning and International Operations. Over the years, Fabrizio held several key positions within the Group, including General Manager of the Insurance Bureau in the United Kingdom and Managing Director of Credit Bureaus in the Czech Republic, Russia, Slovakia, and Poland. He also led various risk management service companies specializing in decision software, analytics, consultancy, and collection services across the UK, Austria, Mexico, Poland, Germany, the USA, and China.

Manahil Jaffar is a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of experience in banking and regulatory affairs. As a founding member of the Credit Bureau in Oman, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s credit infrastructure. Currently serving as the Acting General Manager, Manahil leads strategic initiatives and oversees operations to enhance financial transparency and stability in the region.
Dr. Petros Kapasouris is the General Manager of TIRESIAS, where he has worked for more than 25 years in various positions, including Management Consultant, Business Development Manager, Production Manager, and Head of Research and Development. He is responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s strategy, business planning, and digital transformation, as well as developing value-added services in the new information era. Petr Kučera is the Regional Managing Director of the Czech and Slovak Credit Bureaux at CRIF Group and one of the co-founders of the credit bureau projects in both countries. He is involved in all strategic areas of business development of this fast-growing, dynamic company.
Prior to this role, Petr worked for TransUnion–CRIF on new business development in the areas of credit bureau establishment, ongoing operations, and decision solutions projects across the Central and Eastern European region.
His past professional experience includes business and consumer credit data collection across the CEE region and its utilization during the credit granting process for private individuals and corporations. Rebecca E. Kuehn is a partner with Hudson Cook, LLP in Washington, DC, where she chairs the Credit Reporting, Privacy, and Data Security Practice Group. With over a decade in Brussels, Charles has represented diverse and prominent industries, including leasing & car rental, consumer finance, and insurance.
His deep understanding of policy is rooted in his experience in UK financial regulation, and academic foundation in economics (University of Glasgow) and public policy analysis & human development (Maastricht University & UNU-MERIT).
Mike Manaton is FICO’s global partnership leader for credit bureaus and reseller channels. He leads a team managing partner relationships in the United States and in over 30 markets worldwide, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Prior to joining FICO, Mike was Group Vice President at TransUnion, where he completed the integration of alternative data sources and led a U.S. vertical distribution channel. He began his career in retail lending, working for Bank of America, U.S. Bank, and First Consumers National Bank, where he was Vice President of Credit Risk.
Mike has also led alternative lending projects in Central Asia and East Africa funded by organizations including the U.S. State Department and the Gates Foundation, and he maintains an active interest in this field.

Collen Masunda is a Senior SME Finance Specialist in the Financial Institutions Group at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), based in Washington, DC. He brings more than 15 years of international experience in banking, development finance, and credit information systems, with a strong focus on financial inclusion, SME finance, and innovative risk-sharing solutions.
At IFC, Collen has played a key role in structuring and launching large-scale initiatives, including the US$4 billion MSME Finance Platform and the Natural Disaster Facilities (NDLF and NDGF), which introduce innovative parametric triggers and climate finance solutions for emerging markets. His work spans investment structuring, risk modeling, and engagement with reinsurers to expand underwriting capacity. Davide M. Neil has over 40 years’ experience in the financial services and credit nformation industries. For over 24 years he was with Equifax where for the last 12 years he was leading External Affairs and Communications which involved extensive customer, industry body and government liaison.
Neil was a member of the Executive Management Committee of ACCIS, from 2007 to 2018, holding the position of President from 2009.
He is a founding member of the International Committee on Credit Reporting (ICCR) that is hosted by the World Bank and was personally involved in the creation of the World Bank Principles of Credit Reporting, the recognised standards for the industry. He was elected Deputy Chair in November 2019.
He is the current convenor of the ICCR Asia Pacific Regional Consultative Group which involves 70 representatives from the information industry, central banks and regulators/supervisors involved in credit reporting and business information.
From 2015 Neil has been working as an independent consultant focusing primarily on credit reporting and business information in the Asia Pacific and has worked on a number of key World Bank/IFC credit information infrastructure projectsin the region.
In 2018 he joined the management team of the Business Information Industry Association (BIIA), with responsibility for industry advocacy and assumed the role of Managing Director in 2023.
Elvira coordinates CRIF’s regulatory affairs and public affairs in the EU, both for B2B and B2C businesses lines. She is in charge of CRIF’s engagement with EU and local industry associations and of regulatory activities related to EU initiatives.
Prior to joining CRIF, Elvira worked in the public affairs consultancy sector – focused on financial and regulated energy markets.

Rogério Rabelo Peixoto has been with the Central Bank of Brazil for 28 years, working in areas such as information systems development, credit risk monitoring, and financial institution supervision.
Since 2012, he has led the Credit Information Division within the Information Monitoring Department. He is responsible for managing and evolving the Credit Registry and is currently overseeing the rollout of its third major version.
Rogério also represents the Central Bank of Brazil on the International Committee on Credit Reporting (ICCR) at the World Bank, a position he has held since 2012. He has provided consulting and training on credit information and credit risk monitoring in several countries, including Haiti, Cape Verde, Paraguay, São Tomé and Príncipe, El Salvador, Morocco, and Turkey.

Ahmed Babatunde Popoola (known as Tunde Popoola), PhD, FCA, is the founding Managing Director/CEO of CRC Credit Bureau Limited, Nigeria’s largest credit bureau, where he has consistently championed data-driven solutions for access to credit and sustainable Nigerian economic growth.
Dr. Popoola has been at the forefront of developing the credit reporting industry in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. He played a key role in formulating guidelines on the licensing, operations, and regulations of credit bureaus in Nigeria (2008 and 2013); the enactment of Nigeria’s National Credit Reporting Act 2017; the formation of the Credit Bureau Association of Nigeria (CBAN); the introduction of the Bank Verification Number (BVN); and the creation of the Africa Credit Information Sharing Association (ACISA). He was Chairman of CBAN and is currently the Co-Chairman of ACISA (in-formation).
Before CRC, he was the founding CEO of the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA), where he championed entrepreneurship, youth and women empowerment, and led Nigerian students to win the global Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship (SAGE) World Cup in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
With 14 years in banking, he rose to CFO/General Manager of a publicly listed bank. Michael Turner, Ph.D. is the founder, President and CEO of PERC. He is a prominent expert on credit access, credit reporting and scoring, information policy, and economic development. He has advised two Presidential administrations, testified before Congress and numerous state legislatures, and presented studies to numerous US federal government agencies as well as the White House. His think tank PERC is a partner organization to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Most recently, Dr. Turner co-founded Verify4, a verifications company in the US. He serves as CEO.
Dr. Turner has worked on projects in over 25 countries on six continents, and is a global thought leader on consumer and commercial credit information sharing. He has worked on projects for the OECD, the Inter-American Development Bank (BID), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group, and US AID among others. Dr. Turner received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in International Political Economy and his B.A. from Miami University in Economics. He was awarded a Yeck Fellowship from Harvard Business School, and was awarded the Ashoka Foundation Fellowship in 2009.
Yulia heads the Financial Services Team for the World Bank’s flagship Business Ready (B-READY) project, directing global research on credit information systems and secured transactions reform. She previously worked on the Getting Credit indicator under the former Doing Business project (2018-21) and co-designed B-READY’s new Dispute Resolution topic.
Yulia brings more than a decade of cross-border legal experience, spanning commercial litigation in the United States, international arbitration in France, and project finance work in the Dominican Republic. Earlier, she worked on the IFC’s Investing Across Borders project (2009-10).
She holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and is admitted to the bars of New York and Washington, D.C.
Steve Vejcik leads the Identity Verification Pillar within TransUnion’s Global Fraud Analytics organization and having been a part of TransUnion’s journey to providing world-class fraud solutions for over ten years.
Prior to TransUnion, Steve was part of a long-lived startup which invested efforts on behalf of commercial and research interests during the beginnings of the ‘Big Data’ revolution and early cloud-based architectures, including for applications focused on fraud in Financial Services.
Also, Steve spent over a decade in academia researching a variety of esoteric topics pertaining to high energy subatomic particles.
Ph.D. in Economics/ Operational Research. Lecturer at Warsaw School of Economics in 2005-2012 on machine learning, econometrics, optimization and simulations. Articles in scientific journals. Currently lecturer on postgraduate studies at WSE and Kozminski universities.
In 2003-2012 works for telco sector, projects on statistical modelling and machine learning for credit & fraud risk, sales and treasury. In 2012-2014 at KBC Financial Group, projects in CEE (m.in. Hungary, Czech Republic, Belgium) on developing and implementing credit risk and anti-fraud models.
Since 2014 at Polish Credit Rating Agency, BIK – heading the area of statistical analytics, scoring models and machine learning for credit and anti-fraud risk. Runs sectoral and custom projects for financial companies and cross-sectoral R&D (e.g. telco, debt collection, insurance). Speaker and panelist at financial conferences and webinars.
Since 2024 board member at fintech company, Digital Fingerprints, responsible for machine learning models for behavioural verification.
