Established in 1998, the World Consumer Credit Reporting Conference (WCCRC) is the leading global gathering for the credit reporting industry and the longest-established international forum dedicated to the sector.

For almost three decades, the WCCRC has provided a unique platform for dialogue, collaboration and knowledge-sharing among senior leaders from across the global credit reporting ecosystem. The conference brings together credit bureaus and credit registries, central banks and regulators, financial data and technology providers, consulting firms and other key industry stakeholders.

Its audience is distinctly senior, with strong participation from CEOs, board members and other C-level executives, making the WCCRC a unique opportunity to engage directly with decision-makers shaping the future of credit reporting and financial information worldwide.

The most recent edition, held in Cancún in 2025, welcomed more than 200 delegates from over 50 countries, reflecting the truly international reach of the conference.

Since its creation, the WCCRC has travelled across the world, with previous editions hosted in Rome, San Francisco, Sydney, Beijing, Cape Town, Rio de Janeiro, Berlin, Taipei, Dubai, Toronto, New Delhi, Barcelona and Cancún.

In 2027, the WCCRC comes to Istanbul, Türkiye — a natural crossroads between Europe, Asia and the Middle East and a compelling setting for the next chapter of the conference.

Over three days, delegates will take part in a high-level programme combining keynote speeches, expert panels, industry discussions and dedicated networking opportunities. The programme traditionally opens with a Welcome Dinner and includes the conference's signature Gala Dinner, creating additional opportunities for meaningful interaction among delegates, speakers and sponsors.
