In addition, ACCIS uses cookies to optimize its website. Functional cookies are necessary for the proper function of our website, therefore can´t be disabled. As you use our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and usage patterns. As part of its general ACCIS will only keep personal data for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which it was collected, e.g. for the duration of a contractual relationship or of a project, and for a period thereafter if so required by applicable law or if in the primary interests of the data subjects.

Individuals will not be charged for subject access requests, except if the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g. repetitive). In such case, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.
Your right to complain
If you have a complaint about our use of your information, we would prefer you to contact us directly via secretariat@accis.eu in the first instance so that we can address your complaint. We regularly review and, if appropriate, update this privacy policy from time to time, and as our services and use of personal data evolves. We will update the version numbers and date of this document each time it is changed.
