Mario is an experienced lawyer specializing in international regulatory matters concerning data transfer, technology, financial inclusion, and innovation.
He is the head of the legal and regulatory team for Equifax in 11 Latin American and Caribbean countries.
He graduated with honors as a Lawyer from the National University of Asunción and received the Chevening Shell Centenary Scholarship to pursue a Mast er in International Law (LL.M) at the University of Cambridge, UK, from which he also graduated with honors.
